SHOWING CHECKLIST

Prior to this showing I and/or my clients have completed the following actions:

1. Have a mortgage pre-approval if necessary.

2. Reviewed the MLS listing and photos.

3. Have driven by and are familiar with the area / location.

4. Reviewed the video / virtual tour / 3D Matterport Walkthrough (if available).

5. Reviewed the floor plan (if available).

6. Reviewed and understand the strata plan (if available).

7. Reviewed the strata bylaws and rules (if available).

COVID-19 RELEASE

I (the undersigned) acknowledge and agree as follows:

I am entering the premises voluntarily and of my own free will, being fully aware that we are in a COVID-19 pandemic and the virus is highly contagious. I am aware of the recommendations and data made available by the provincial/ federal governments as well as the World Health Organization. I have been advised to seek independent legal advice with respect to this situation and I understand I may be exposing myself and therefore others to the transmission of the COVID-19 virus. I knowingly accept the inherent risks including possible contamination, illness and death. I agree to maintain a minimum 6-foot distance from others and hold or keep hold of all children while in or near the premises. I will not touch any surfaces and will use the disinfectant grade wipes and/or sanitizer upon entry and exit understanding that their use may be limited in the effectiveness of preventing viruses and disease of any kind. I agree to wear a mask and gloves during my visit to the premises. I agree to indemnify, save harmless and release the Seller, the real estate agent(s) namely NICK HORNING and the real estate brokerage(s) namely KELLER WILLIAMS ELITE REALTY from any and all liability, claims, legal action and/or demands including negligence arising from or related to my attending the premises.

COVID-19 SYMPTOMS CHECK

In order to protect the property owners as well as all guests, I confirm the following assertions:

I am not experiencing any flu-like symptoms. I am not waiting on any COVID-19 test results. I have not travelled on a boat or plane, or been outside of Canada within the last 14 days. I have not been in contact with anyone who's been compromised by any of the previous assertions. I have not been in contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 or waiting on COVID-19 test results within the last 14 days. I will not touch or sit on any furniture and I will not use the bathroom(s). I will allow the owners or agents to open doors and turn on lights as required. I will maintain the recommended 6 ft distance from others during the showing. I will wear a face mask, use disinfectant grade hand sanitizer and/or clean gloves before and during the showing, and I will use COVID-19 disinfectant grade wipes on all surfaces touched during the showing.
